Would recommend as j learnt lessons and was not spoon fed information, so I learnt to work alone.

There were a couple teachers who really helped me if I had any specific questions that I relied on and appreciate.

Year 12 subject choices
Biology, chemistry, physics, specialist maths, math methods and English, I wanted to go into stem but was unsure, looking back I wish I hadn’t done biology because I didn’t enjoy it at all.
Getting extra help
If you put the effort in to find help, it was definitely there but it’s just a matter of reaching out
Readiness for life after school
Very well, I feel like the teaching really prepared me for the same style at university
Subject range and curiosity
Yes it did, there were extracurricular events for subjects and market events where you could showcase the stuff you learnt in class.
Bullying and getting to school safely
Yes, the school didn’t really deal with it well and I think it has gotten worse now. There were plenty of suspensions and detentions for students who displayed bullying, furthermore bullying was addressed as a constant topic in parades and messages to students.
Camps and excursions
Strict especially on uniform, it seemed like they were prioritising the wrong stuff as they cared more about uniform than behaviour. It got to the point where it affected day to day life as students would be hyper fixated on uniform and this would lead to an increase in misbehaviour.
Something only students would know
The toilets are always closed because of vandalism, there is no time when you can get a toilet even if you asked the teachers. This issue has been around since i joined the school and students just complained and caused arguments with teachers about it constantly, The staff didn't take it seriously and this caused bad relationships between students and teachers.
Coaching and chances to compete
Very well, there were always team tryouts and events for people at all levels to compete and play sport
Chances to take part in the arts
I didn’t do much art programs, I do play guitar however I never had the opportunity to play it during school
